Dispersants

Dispersants are used for two media to be difficult to mix with each other.

A dispersion is a mixture of substances from two or more phases exists, of which one substance (the so-called dispersion phase)as finely as possible is divided into the continuous phase (dispersed), and is kept suspended for as long as possible.

This is done in a rotor statordevice where high sheering forces are responsible for the fine dispersing of the components. The more strenuous the dispersing operation, the more stable the finished product and the more efficient the use of additives such ascolorings and flavorings, emulsifiers, stabilizers etc.

Dispersants can be incorporated in both tanks as well as in-line.
In-line applications can be up to 3 rotorstator stages after each other.
